What is Tabletop Mapper?
The Tabletop Mapper (TM) is a simple program to help DungeonMasters control
the positions of players (and monsters) during a game session. TM allows you to
load any picture (*.jpg, *.bmp) to use as a map, define a grid and control the
players positions on the map. You can also define areas to be hidden from
players, and which are revealed to them as they walk through the map.
Pre-defined areas like circles and rectangles can also be marked to indicate the
location of spells or other area effects. If your adventure cannot go on for one
game session, you can save all information of the tabletop map (player
positions, hidden and marked areas, and map file name) to restore it later.
So, Tabletop Mapper is the perfect tool for those who like the well drawn
maps found on the Internet (and those who like to draw their own maps), but
don't want to print them all (save your printer ink!).

Thanks:
I would like to thank Alexandre Costa for the support, the Dungeon Crafter (www.dungeoncrafter.com) crew for their great software in which the sample map was drawn and Thomas Allin for the scrollbox control used in this software.
