Welcome to the Tabletop Mapper Homepage!

News:

08-24-02: The TM version 0.80 is out! This version has a lot of new features:

- Added zoom function: It's now possible to zoom the map in and out.
- Added a different concept of map preparation: at first you must define an area (like a room) and then hide it (if you want). This area definition also allows a wall control: players cannot cross walls (from one area to another).
- Added a function to define doors (both open and closed). These allow players to pass from one defined area to another.
- Added a vision radius property for the players. This allows players to have a limited vision distance: hidden areas are revealed to them as they walk through the map (limited by this vision radius distance).
- Added a function to calculate distance from cursor to the selected player.
- Added a function to calculate distance moved by players.
- Added an option to show the grid lines.
- Now player properties can be modified by double-clicking on its token.

NOTE: Saved states from versions 0.65 and 0.70 DON'T WORK with version 0.80!

08-05-02: Found a critical bug in TM version 0.70: the program crashes if you try to select areas! A fixed version (TMapper070a.zip) is now available for download!

I've been working on TM version 0.80. Players vision radius is working perfectly. Now players cannot cross dungeon walls. There are open and closed doors. Added zoom in and out functions and more This version is almost done... Wait and see!

07-19-02: TM version 0.70 is available for download! New version features:

- Fixed some bugs concerning loading/reloading pictures and restoring states several times.
- Added initiative number as a player property.
- Added a list that shows all players in initiative order.
- Added smooth map scrolling (livescroll).
- Added a tabletop properties window.
- Now player properties can be modified by double-clicking on its name in the players list.

NOTE: Saved states from version 0.65 DON'T WORK with version 0.70!

07-12-02: I received a few emails from people who liked TM giving suggestions. These are listed on the Future Versions section. Soon I'll be working on them.
